Retna Seruni, S.H., M.H.

Retna Seruni joined MFS Law Firm since August 2018. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, majoring in International Law. Currently still studying her master degree at Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Business Law.

She focuses her legal practice in the field of Commercial and Public Dispute Resolution, corporate and commercial transactions, legal due diligence, contract drafting, breach of contract, merger and acquisition, capital market and licensing, Bankruptcy and Suspension of Obligation for Payment of Debts (PKPU) as well as Intellectual Property Right (IPR) matters.

Retna is a member of Indonesian Advocates Organization (PERADI), Indonesian Bar Association (AAI), and Association for Indonesian Receiver and Administrator (AKPI).
