Novio Manurung, S.H., M.H.

Novio Manurung graduated from the faculty of Law of Parahyangan Catholic University in 2005 and obtained his Master Of Law in Pelita Harapan University. Prior to establishing MFS Law Firm, he worked in private large bank as a branch manager handling prime and corporate customers as their financial advisor. He is a certified wealth manager and risk management.

Novio Manurung has wide-range experience in Bankruptcy and Restructuring process as a Receiver and Administrator. He is a professional on reconstructions through insolvency process, responsible to operate and manage the entity’s tangible and intangible assets and rights, primarily for Bankruptcy and Restructuring cases to come to arrangements with the creditors and all aspects of the bankruptcy procedure where restructuring is not feasible.

His specialization is in litigation and dispute resolution, including banking, project finance, restructuring, bankruptcy & liquidations, manpower, arbitration proceeding and other general corporate transactions. With his extensive knowledge and experiences, he is the go-to person for finance and banking practice of the firm.

Mr. Novio Manurung is a professional licensed Advocate, Receivers and Administrator, who also a member of Indonesian Advocates Organization (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia/PERADI), Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus (AKPI), Vice President of Association for Alumni of Parahyangan Catholic University (IKA UNPAR) and Secretary General of Association for Alumni of Law Faculty of Parahyangan Catholic University.
