R.B. Pratama Ershaputra, S.H., M.H.

Tama obtained his bachelor degree from the faculty of law of Lampung University and achieved his Master of Law in Pelita Harapan University.

He has experience as a legal for administration and litigation for companies engaged in the automotive and distributors sector.

His focus in legal practice is in litigation and general corporate matter, including Bankruptcy and Suspension of Obligation for Payment of Debts (PKPU), land and property, mining and plantation, oil and gas, breach of contract and licensing.

Tama is a member of Indonesian Advocates Organization (PERADI). He speaks fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
